Insurance Eligibility

The Greensboro Aquatic Center is an authorized Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit and Renew Active facility. You can check your eligibility at the websites listed on this page.

Once you have verified your eligibility, you will receive an ID number. Please bring that ID number so the GAC can register you in our system. If you are unable to find your ID number through the websites or unable to verify your eligibility, please contact your insurance company.
